11nos Hobbit A.C Room and 15 nos Hobbit Tent in all, 50 to 60 guest can stay comfortably. Each Hobbit Houses have attached wash with all western modern amenities and Hobbit Tent have common wash outside of the Hobbit camp ground ,15 Hobbit Tent have 4 nos wash room with all western modern amenities.

2 night / 3 days packages..
1st day… pick up from Barabhu stn ( BBM) 7.30 a.m after lunch sightseeing to koirabera dam, and chordah ( chou musk ) village ,overnight stay at Patal Ghar Hobbit village.
2nd day…after breakfast sightseeing to Ayodhya upper& lower dam, marble lake, Bamni fall, Turga fall, Mayur Pahar. Overnight Stat at Patal Ghar Hobbit village .
3rd Day…after breakfast Pardhi dam, pakhi Pahar sightseeing. Return Patal Ghar..at evening 6.30 check out from Patal Ghar transfer to Barabhum stn.( BBM ) with Pack dinner .
